Air Compressor Governor Located inFront Bulkhead of Car The accompanying illustration shows an air com-pressor governor located in a cabinet in the front bulk-head of a car. This is the practice on the Des Moines(Iowa) City Railway, where it was desired to removethe governor from the floor in order to facilitate thewashing of the car.
