In Quebec City, the Louis Jolliet is by itself almost an institution: we are so used to see it moored alongside the docks under the Chateau Frontenac that the outlook of the Old Quebec is never quite the same whenever the boat retreats to its winter quarters. This former Quebec-Levis ferry is the largest boat of the fleet, with a carrying capacity of 1000 passengers.
