The author prepared with one pterygo-mandibularinjection, all the left mandibular teeth to serve as abutments incase figure 75. The lower second molar was devitalized, cuspidand lateral ground for open-faced crowns, and one bicuspidroot extracted, all in one sitting. In the upper jaw I injectedfor the two bicuspids on the buccal side by the infiltrationmethod, separate for each tooth. I devitalized and cut theseoff for banded post crowns to be attached together, with adummy on either side. Figure 76 shows case finished; in thelower jaw a sanitary bridge, with j)orcel
