The courses offered are for those boys and girls, (1) who because of re-moteness or inability are unable to attenda regular high school, (2) students whoneed subjects not offered in a regular highschool, and (3) homebound, incapacitatedor isolated children who are unable to at-tend a regular elementary or high school,and (4) non-citizens who are unable to at-tend established classes for preparationfor citizenship.
