Charles Tai Gituai, the AMISOM Deputy Force Commander in charge of Operations and Plans, meet with Mohamud Sayid Adan, the Deputy President of Jubbaland State in Kismayo on December 15, 2018. The officials discussed issues relating to security as well as planned joint operations with Jubbaland Security Forces and SNA to liberate areas from Al-Shabaab control.
