View of the N aisle arcade of Llanthony Augustinian priory church, Vale of Ewyas (Ewias), Monmouthshire, Wales, UK, looking N to Offa's Dyke Path. Established by 1108, the priory formally became a house for Augustinian canons around 1118. The remains date mainly from 1180-1260; the priory was suppressed on 10 March 1538. The arches formed an arcade between the nave & north aisle of the priory church. The Offa's Dyke Path follows the ridge running NW (L) to Hay Bluff & Hay on Wye.
