British National Party member handing out their 'Racism Cuts Both Ways' brochure in Liverpool 29th. November 2008 a week after thirteen members of the Liverpool branch were arrested by Merseyside police and charged with distributing racist literature likely to offend. The charges were dropped later the same week and coincided with an estimated 150 to 200 members arriving from around Great Britain to distribute the literature in the same spot where the thirteen members were arrested previously.
