LTG Steven Gilland, Superintendent of the United States Military Academy visits US Army Garrison Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY on February 3, 2023. During his visit Gilland met with service members assigned to the New York National Guard’s 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team who are trained to identify the presence of chemical, biological, or radiological agents and provide that information to local authorities.
