This Baldwin 2-8-0 of 1916 named “Manuel Fajareo” blew up at the Obdulio Morales Sugar Mill in Cuba’s Sancti Spiritus Province. The driver, who was applying a round of oil to the engine’s motion at the time of the explosion, was literally blown to pieces, only his legs were found, April 1988.
