Michael Jones, both student Naval aviators at Training Air Wing (TRAWING) 1 at Naval Air Staion Meridian, place a wreath at the grave site of Ensign William Devotie Billingsley. Billingsley is designated as Aviator No. 9 and was the first Naval aviator to die in the line of duty when the Wright B-2 biplane he was piloting crashed in the Chesapeake Bay on June 20, 1913.
