The flowers are disposed in long, pendulous racemes, white or yellowish, and very fragrant. var. Bessoniana. A variety of strong growth, mthout thorns; foliage dark green, heavy and luxuriant. AVe regard it as the most ornamental of ail this family. var. bella rosea. A vigorous grower, fine dark foliage, no thorns. Flowers flesh-colored, tinged with yellow. $ var. bullata. A variety of Bessoniana, more compact.
