This article is written more especiallyfor the information of the undergraduates as the alumni aremore or less posted in this matter. While each chapter receives annually a copy of the min-utes of this Conference, yet we believe we are safe in sayingthat there are but few who take up this pamphlet and readit from cover to cover, and unless this is done one can hardlygain any definite knowledge of what this powerful Organiza-tion is doing.
