A soldier waiting, full, to the right, holding a stir (a certain type of firearm) with his left hand. With his right hand he brings a burning wick to his mouth to blow him clean. It is therefore about the same position as the person shown on the sixth print of the series. This print is part of the series of 42 hand-numbered prints of stirrers in the arms opera.
