HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (May 23, 2018) -- Col. Shah Wali, the commanding officer of the Regional Military Training Center (RMTC), congratulates a class of RMTC instructors after they completed a tactics and leadership course taught by Marine Corps advisors with Task Force Southwest (TSFW). TFSW’s train, advise and assist mission helps build effective, combat capable Afghan National Defense and Security Forces while continuing to enhance existing capabilities at the brigade level.
