A new search at Oristown Bog in County Meath got underway today as part of ongoing efforts to locate the remains of one of the Disappeared. 23-year-old Belfast man Brendan Megraw was abducted by the IRA from his home in Twinbrook in the city in 1978. He was murdered and secretly buried.
