A circa 1863 tintype photograph of the household (and exterior staff?) of a well-to-do family. They appear to be happy and are wearing their best clothes. Picture was taken in a photographer's studio by an unknown photographer. The man at right has 2 watch (?) fobs; is one a chain for keys? Note Scrub bucket at lower left and the flowers placed on the floor to the right. Lady in back wears a white maid's bonnet and has a cloth draped over her left arm. She might not be a White person.
