His memory is perpetuated in Eaton Hallwhich stands on the site of the house Wood-land Heights where he lived for forty yearsand where in the Theological Seminary ofColgate University is carried on the workto which he devoted himself. On his monument is his last message tothe students Tell the young men not tohave a divided Consecration. Eliza Boardman, his wife, was of Colonialdescent through Samuel Boardman who emi-grated from England. One of her ancestorswas Samuel Wolcott, brother of Oliver, thesigner of the Declaration of Independence .and
