Westonbury Mill Water Garden at Pembridge in Herefordshire, Britain. The cottage-style garden is a tourist attraction and is privately owned. It has some unusual features such as this 'stone tower' or 'Dovecot' The tower is powered by a chain with attached metal buckets scooping water from the stream into a tank. When the tank is full, the water spurts out back into the stream thus sending its resident white doves flying around.
