Stained glass window in the church at Angoville au Plain in Normandy, France. On D-Day, two medics of the 101st Airborne, Robert Wright and Kenneth Moore, set up an aid station inside the 11th century church at Angoville-au-Plain. Over three days, they treated more than 80 soldiers including Germans in the church whilst the continued around them. The church has several stained glass windows commemorating the medics efforts
