As countries across the globe eased the quarantine policy after two years of the pandemic, Hong Kong Government announced to ease the COVID-19 quarantine policy from 12 August 2022, the hotel quarantine for overseas arrivals will be reduced from 7 to 3 days, followed by four days of medical surveillance at home or alternative accommodation, arrivals should be tested with PCR and RAT test as soon as they cross the border.
