September 11, 2018. - Russia, Moscow. - Viktor Zolotov, Chief of Russia's National Guard, or Rosgvardia, has challenged opposition leader and head of the Anti-corruption Foundation, Aleksey Navalny to a duel, claiming his alleged anti-corruption probe conclusions discredit Rosgvardia officers.
