The association, having gone "over the top" in its drive for members in the S. A. F., is now entitled to a place on the board of directors of the national society. A petition was drawn up to send to the S. A. F., requesting Mr. Eas- mussen's membership on this board. After the business meeting, the guests visited around in New Albany. Mr. Rasmussen's range is in fine shape and is producing some splendid roses. Co- lumbia is especially good. He also has a large crop of lettuce planted. F. H. Hustedt 's range was planted all to carnations and looked promising. Louis Gueltig has not been in posses- sion of his range long and, although it looks good now, planted in miscel- laneous stock, his intentions are to plant it all to roses. He had some fine bouvardias, good poinsettias, carna- tions, etc. The weather being disagreeable, the trip over into Louisville was abandoned. Mr. and Mrs. Rasmussen entertained the guests at dinner in their home that evening. The next meeting of the association will be held in Indianapolis January 13 in the rooms of the Independent Athletic Club.
