Network Enterprise Center-Belgium assumes the 128th Signal Company’s mission providing communication support to the Benelux community, NATO and other Army units across Western Europe. 128th Signal Company is of one of the most significant signal units in the United States Army, from England, Italy, Vietnam, United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and finally Belgium, the 128th Signal Company was activated and inactivated a total of 14 times. The activation of NEC-BE allows the Army to continually adapt with much greater ease to meet the mission requirements of the warfighters.
