New York, USA. 21st January, 2015. A 1/45 th scale model of the Queen Mary is prepared to be moved from the South Street Seaport Museum in New York on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. The Bassett-Lowke model, originally gracing the Cunard Line ticket offices is being loaned to the Queen Mary itself, now a museum located in Long Beach, CA. The model is carved out of a single mahogany log, over 20 feet long and decorated with hand-carved details.
