View of large dam constructed in Keams Canyon constructed in 1943 with AAA funds. It is estimated by engineers that this dam will have a water storage capacity of 250 acre feet. The spillway, blasted out of solid rock, is at the far end of the dam. This dam will act as a good stock water and as a flood control dam.
