Mention The Rerlew when yon write. ci;eve]^and, o. i The Market. The end of the week finds the market well supplied with most kinds of stock, although carnations are fast disappear- ing and the few that are on the market arq hardly worth handling. Outdoor stock seems to be exceptionally plenti- ful. The extremely hot weather of the last few days made stock arrive faster than for some time. This weather also makes it hard to hold any kind of flow- ers for more than a day. Easter lilies are arriving of good qual- ity and in large quantity. Gladioli are still scarce and are bringing a good price. The call for valley has dropped considerably since June. Orchids have been moving well, although there is just a limited supply. Delphinium and coreopsis make up a goodly portion of the stock now on the market, while rambler roses, daisies and thunbergias have made their appearance. Various Notes. The Jones-Bussell Go. is closing the store at 3 p. m. Saturdays and 5 p. m. other week days, beginning July 1. A messenger from the Park Flower Shop was held up on his way to a bank to make a deposit last wsek, but the hold-up man only got a small amount and was later arrested. From the latest reports he was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. F. Kirchner, of West Park, 0., has a new Dodge delivery car. Frank Williams, of the Cleveland Cut Flower Co., is on a week's vacation
