To the Brothers in Sigma Phi Epsilon: I feel tliat it may not be amiss for me to call your attention to thefact that the time is not far distant when we, of Sigma Phi Epsilon,again will be assembled in Grand Chapter, this time in Detroit,Michigan. As the time approaches, the more I feel the importance of ourcoming together on such occasions, and the greater appears the re-sponsibility of those of us who have been trying to out-line thecourse, foster the policies, and promote the growth of our Frater-nity to a desirable degree, and to bring it to the high plane that manyothers have come to occupy in the realm of the Fraternityworld.
