ARABIAN GULF (April 9, 2017) An F/A-18C Hornet attached to the "Ragin' Bulls" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 37 prepares to launch from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77) (GHWB) in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. GHWB is deployed in the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations designed to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
