Mr. Ran-dolph has become a successful business well as one of the best and most reliablerailroad men of this section, and owns valu-able property in Connellsville. He is honestwith all men in his dealings, and enjoys theconfidence of a host of friends. The paternalgrandfather of Mr. Randolph was a nativeof Scotland. He came to this country at anearly age and died in 185S. Hon. Edmund Homer ReppERT, PresidentJudge of the Fourteenth Judicial District ofPennsylvania, was born October 28, is a son of the late Benjamin F. andRhoda Kendall Reppert, the former a na-tive of Greene county, the latter of Fayettecounty, Pa. Christian Reppert, Judge Rep-perts paternal grandfather, came from Al-sace, Lorraine, in 1791.
