February 24, 2022 - Day 17 of the protest against covid vaccine mandates on parliament grounds in Wellington, New Zealand. Thousands of NZ workers have lost their jobs for refusing to be vaccinated. Combined with the traffic light system this is having a devastating financial impact on people and the economy. Omicron testing has pushed the health system beyond capacity so that accurate reporting is no longer viable. Meanwhile the mainstream media keeps pushing the agenda of the Labour government. In recent days former political leaders Jim Bolger, Winston Peters and Tariana Turia, have all voiced concern that Prime Minster Jacinda Ardern hasn't been willing to hear the concerns of the protestors, something they say is unprecedented in NZ political history.
