I have had some cases of cure—, not only reposition of the retina, but also restorationof function—and while I would like to think that thesecures ave the result of my treatment, and while in my ownheart I may really believe that they are so, there must alwayslui-k behind that thought the knowledge that spontaneouscure occasionally takes place in this condition, and thesuspicion that these might have been cases which if leftalone would have got better. I can only say that havingbeen left alone they had not go
