Arrangements have beenmade for rooms, however, in the village of Kingston, some of thesebeing under college management and others in private houses. Inthe case of the former, room-rent will vary from 60 cents to $ week, with stoves and bedsteads furnished, the student to pro-vide other furnishings and fuel himself. Damage Fund.—All damage not due to ordinary wear shall beassessed to students as follows: 1. Students at once acknowledging damage and agreeing to payfor same will be assessed actual cost of repair, including labor. 2. Students found guilty of such damage but not acknowledgingand settling for the damage will be charged double the cost of repair. 3. Students will be responsible for damage in their own rooms. 4. Damage that is not settled as above may be assessed to allthe students or to a group of students, pro rata. Each case and theamount of assessment will be considered on its merits. Self-Help. There is a certain amount of labor about the college buildings, onthe farm, at the experiment station, and in the offices and labora-tories, for which students will be employed whenever it is feasiblet
