GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Jul 14, 2017) - Secretery Carla A. Hills presents the lecture, "Why Trade Matters", at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Appointed to President Ford's cabinet, Hills payed respect to Ford and his family at the annual wreath laying ceremony. Hill's served as Trade Representative from 1989 to 1993.
