Ghana (March 20, 2018) Special Agent Mike Welsh, from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration office of law enforcement, gives Ghanaian sailors training on evidence collection in preparation for exercise Obangame Express 2018, March 20. Obangame will officially kick off on March 21, 2018, when nations begin real-world scenarios. For the next three days, African countries are preparing for the exercise by participating in training with maritime forces from around the world.
