Suction dredger Echeneis, Brisbane River, March 1955. The 1,148 t suction dredger Echeneis was built by Walkers Ltd of Maryborough in 1953 and operated by the Queensland Department of Harbours and Marine. She was scuttled near Tangalooma, Moreton Island on 22 June 1984.
