Walden conducts the Navy Ceremonial Band as President Barack Obama and Chancellor Angela Merkel inspect the troops during the Arrival Ceremony welcoming the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Angela Merkel. Military arrival ceremonies for visiting dignitaries have been held on the South Lawn of the White House since the Kennedy administration.
