Its 26 Vestas turbines are capable of generating up to 17 megawatts of cleaner greener power. Permission for an extension to Dun Law Windfarm was granted in 2007, and construction was completed in November 2009. The extension created an additional 30 megawatts of capacity, meaning the windfarm can now generate up to 47 megawatts.
