NORFOLK, Va. (Nov. 10, 2016) Cmdr. Michael C. Grubb passes through sideboys during the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Newport News (SSN 750) change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk. Newport News is the third Navy ship to be named after the city of Newport News, Va.
