He has pursued advanced work in TheUniversity of Chicago during his summer vacations from teaching,and was there graduated M. S. in 1905. Wabash College conferredthe degree of A. M. on him in 1906. His graduate course at the Uni-versity of Chicago for the Doctorate of Philosophy is nearly com-pleted (1907). He is member of The Indiana Academy of Science,The Indiana Association of Science Teachers, The Central Associa-tion of Science and Mathematics Teachers and The American Chemi-cal Society.
