Fort Bliss held its annual prayer breakfast at the Centennial Banquet and Conference Center on Feb. 14. Maj. Gen. James P. Isenhower III, commanding general of 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, and his wife, Mrs. Sherrill Isenhower, served as guest speakers for the event.
