Army Corps of Engineers Commanding General and 54th Army Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite took the opportunity to thank personnel and recognize the efforts of the Montaña Area Office in Caguas, Puerto Rico April 12. Here, Semonite lauds Elias Briseno, quality assurance, with the commander's coin of excellence. USACE contractor PowerSecure, Inc., is working to restore the electrical grid in the region. Caguas was one of the hardest hit areas on the island, and where the toughest work remains.
