W. 28 NORTH CAEOLINA ANNUAL CONFERENCE [Nov., Resolutions. RESOLUTION NO. 1. Resolved: That this Conference elect as one of the regular officersof the body a Statistical Secretary whose duty it shall be to receiveand tabulate all the statistics of the Conference, and put them insuch order as will make them easily intelligible to the members ofthe Conference and the church at large. The Statistical Secretary shall be elected at this session of theAnnual Conference to serve until the close of the next Annual Con-ference, and this order shall be followed at all subsequnt AnnualConferences. The Secretary shall be permitted to select his assistants from theroll of the Conference membership. Be it further resolved, that a Treasurer of the Conference shallbe elected in the same manner and hold office until the close ofthe next Conference, and he shall co-operate with the StatisticalSecretar
