A domed Stone Cairn within the imposing mountains of Glen Coe in the Scottish Highlands

A domed Stone Cairn within the imposing mountains of Glen Coe in the Scottish Highlands. Glen Coe is one of the most famous glens in Scotland, both for its natural beauty and terrible history of the Glencoe massacre in the late 17th century. The glen formed from an ancient super volcano eruption, which was later eroded by glaciers during an ice age, giving it its characteristic U-shape.
