Groton, Conn. (Nov. 28, 2018) Navy Counselor 1st Class Erica Ward, assigned to Naval Submarine Support Center New London, gives training to career counselors assigned to the Groton-area submarine force on the functions of Career Waypoints (C-Way). The goal of the training is to increase Navy Counselor knowledge on providing Sailors future career options regarding reenlistment, rate conversion, or transition into the Selected Reserves.
