Portrait of a member of the NSB; of a member of the NSB Frederik Willem van Vloten, Head of Folk Care. Distinctives on his collar are unclear, you can see three stripes. He wears a belt diagonally over the chest, glasses and is barehead. Van Vloten was a scratch leader of the Gooi, bank director and from 1 April 1941 mayor of Delft. On June 1, 1942 he became director of winter aid, in addition he was also a leader of the Dutch public service.
