The parish church of Saint George - Eglise Saint-Georges (1922) in Spontin, Belgium

The church, built of limestone rubble on a rocky spur, used to have a Romanesque tower to the West, three naves, a polygonal choir flanked by chapels in 16th-century Gothic style. It was restored in the same style in 1880-1885 by architect A. Van Assche. Burned down in 1914, the church was completely rebuilt in 1922 by the architects Lohest (Liege) and Ledoux (Jambes).
