The Iowa DOT has temporarily closed the Black Hawk Bridge on Highway 82, spans the Mississippi River, joining Lansing IA, to Crawford County, WI. The bridge is a riveted cantilever through truss bridge. The Iowa DOT is planning for a replacement bridge to start construction in 2024.
