The event was held on November 22 and 23, 2021 at IFEMA (Madrid) and offered the largest sample of quality Spanish wine. There, wineries and professionals met again to give a boost to the wine sector. The Salón de los Mejores Vinos, the key event for the sector that Peñín organizes every year, reopened its doors in its twenty-first edition. In it, more than 350 Spanish wineries from all producing areas presented more than 2,000 references. As a novelty, the Hall dedicated a prominent space to the Best Vermouths, that is, those that have obtained 90 or more points in the Peñín Vermouth Guide,
