Ingersoll Ontario, Canada - January 30, 2012. Members of Canadian Auto Workers Union local 27 from left to right Jim Dafoe, Tyler Rowe, Christine Rowe and Jeff Rowe keep a watch over an assembled but yet to be painted locomotive that was manufactured in London at ElectroMotive. The company owned by Caterpillar locked out its workers on January 1, 2012. Caterpillar is seeking a court injunction that would allow the engine to move from Ingersoll to the paint shop to be painted and delivered.
