Central aisle of St. Mary's Pro-Cathedral, Dublin
St Mary's Pro-Cathedral in Marlborough Street, Dublin, also known as just Pro-Cathedral, is the episcopal seat of the RC Archbishop of Dublin and Primate of Ireland. The current building, completed in 1825, was always intended to be temporary, an "acting" cathedral, until a new full cathedral could be built, which never happened. Architecturally, it features different styles, mainly Greek and Roman.
